Some weddings feel like they were always meant to happen exactly the way they did. Caleb and Naomi’s day at Bower Estate, Natural Bridge, was one of those. Nestled in the valleys of the Gold Coast Hinterland, surrounded by every person they love most in the world, it was an incredible day from start to finish.
A Vision Years in the Making
Years before she set a wedding date, Naomi dreamed of getting married in the mountains. She saw kind eyes and a sweeping mountain backdrop, and knew one day she would make it real. When she found Caleb and discovered Bower Estate, everything clicked into place.
The venue barely needed decorating. The valley views, the reception overlooking Natural Bridge, the hinterland all around, it was super beautiful and spoke entirely for itself. Nature did the heavy lifting!
Romantic, Whimsical and Entirely Them
Naomi’s aesthetic started on Pinterest, originally leaning toward old money and vintage, before evolving into something romantic, elegant, whimsical, and mystical. Far more fitting for a wedding in the mountains, and super fitting for Naomi herself.
The decor, the setting, the light at Bower Estate all wove together beautifully. It felt less like a styled wedding and more like a world Caleb and Naomi had always lived in.
Food, Music, and the Moments That Made It
The menu was a generous Middle Eastern inspired feast by Gareth Keenan Catering, with a super delicious spread of desserts to finish. As Naomi walked down the aisle, she was serenaded by dear friends playing live, which is always such a personal and special touch.
Then came the first dance. Choreographed by their friend Paul Wang, it was an epic moment that genuinely stopped the room. Each guest also received a personalised favour with a handwritten note, a small but deeply considered gesture that said everything about who these two are.
